CMDK Projects is a family owned business where the dream has always been is to create a future for the Stoltz family which have been in the building industry for 3 generations.

The name is derived from the first letters of the owner of the company and his immediate family (Coenraad, Mechele(wife), Dylan(son) & Kay-Lee(daughter))
